Me too! I'm happy to see a few others mentioning this. I really don't like electricals very much in general - the only exception is my computer (I don't have a TV, microwave, smartphone, etc). I feel physical discomfort when I'm near an operating microwave or an active wireless device. And the little home in the country with the garden and chickens is quite literally my goal for the future. I would be really happy in such a peaceful environment with no constant noise of cars and people.
Like others here I also have food sensitivities (carb-rich foods like bread, potatoes and pasta immediately disagree with me, as do sugar-rich things, alcohol and caffeine). Some foods give me headaches or chest pains, and my mood and energy levels are massively affected by the food I eat. I've actually only realised this in the last couple of years and am still experimenting to figure out what things I react to. However, I do agree that it's important to be careful about stopping foods willy-nilly, especially if you've eaten them your whole life. For example, I gave up red meat, and felt so much better after doing it that I tried giving up white meat too, but found I felt worse doing that than before I gave up the red meat! I probably didn't re-balance my diet properly to take account of it, though I was eating plenty of fish and eggs, which made me assume it wouldn't be an issue. Perhaps I should consider getting some professional help with it.
