Do babies/toddlers stare at you?

Yes they do and they seem to find me quite amusing for some strange reason.

Yeah all the time sometimes they stare and smile, I don't get it. Apparently im entertaining to them or something.

Same as GiantHockeyFan. Babies will stare and point at me toddlers point at me and start talking to me even if they are 200 feet away. I have mixed emotions, I do find them adorable but do feel awkward because I think the mother must feel awkward.

Like a deer in the headlights.

It's kind of like on TV or in a movie the family dog is first to know that the new neighbour is a bit suss. I watch some really bad daytime TV and midday movies.

People have commented on how much babies are drawn to me. Animals too.

YES!

And they look me in the eyes and smile but I am so uunerved by eye contact that when I attempt to smile back th them the smile is so uncomfortable they stop smiling and look creeped out :oops:
