You need to go to Santa Clara County Mental Health at the Valley Medical Center. So you can see a social worker, to get all of this sorted out. It's way too complicated to discuss in this thread, but Medi-Cal will cover all of the cost, including your prescriptions. You will have to start by seeing a social worker though.

Why don't YOU become an inpatient ?
You've been wanting a psych-ward vacation , as you see it ?
Is that your fantasy and I'm your vicarious id for it ???
I hat :( e mental hospital/psych people , generally , anyway , they f**** me up royal and bigtime with their forced-popn-me meds dring past involuntary hospitalization ! HATE them ! !! !! (In a state where the legal rules make it easier to involuntarily commit someone , 2 of 50

I have no reason to be an inpatient at the moment.... and why would that be my fantasy? I literally have no idea what you're talking about.

edit: Listen to Max000 ^^^^

Hope all can become better, best of luck.

...Just to head this off , off this board , someone that I was friendly with before is now essentially accusing me of faking my story about the last check .
This is not true .
This person is saying that that person thinks that I may have decided to pretend that the third check was lost in order to get a fourth check , and steal away , thinking that the company - Which has not sent the re-cut third chxck to me , a month-and-a-half or more after they themselves indicated that they would - would send me one .
Thios is not true . I have not received the third check , just as I said .
I am trying to head this person's statements off at the pass .
Maybe more on this later on .

Going to any kind of (Almost , anyway .) " mental health worker " = being involuntarily committed , in my mind .
I mentioned/at least briefly alluded to what happened when i was 20 , earlier in this .

...I have to admit that I may not have informed the DMV ~ Frankly , I sort of forgot ! !! !! !! !!
I DID inform the police ~ Specifically , the County Sheriff's Department , as it happened on a county light train railway program , and so , the local San Jose po-po told me , it was the Sheriff's Department's ball , not theirs .
As for my Social Security card , (when i was in the hospital) some supercilious doctor (do I know what " supercilious " means ???) was trying to " prove " to me that " I didn't need a SS card " , in doing so , he read to me from the Social Security Web page (but did not show me what he was reading from , just stood in front of a computer screen wheeled into my room and said that he was reading this) saying " If you remember your number , having a paper card isn't all that important "...Uh , maybe initially but I think that , in the long term , you'd need one...I did , when I eventually looked it up myself , find that the SS Administration , on their page , allows you to apply for a new ~ or replacmnt ` card , IIRC , but specifically states that they do not have a function for simply reporting a STOLEN card ! !! !! !! !!
The fact that this has all been during the Endless Holiday end/beginning part of the year has gotten in my way , too .
As for both somehow starting toward getting a new DMV , and getting a new SS card (even my Mediacl (Cali Medicare) as well , I had been thinking that going up to Santa Cruz , where , at the local homless health center , there is a nurse who helped me in getting that earlier DMV card , might be the way...Also , that same center has a " homeless mail address/drop-off " which is , in fact , the address I listed upon the stolen DMV ID (and where it is likely that there is , anyway , some non-forwardable junk mail for me still there anyway)...AND , if life works like TV cop shows and the perp who stole my ID threw away the cashless wallet and it somehow got returned to the santa Cruz address...Well , if life works like TV cop shows .
However , my ceaseless banging my had against the wall re: the 3d of the checks (Look , I've outlined that , haven't I ?) , which would likely come to my mailbox here...And the ADDITIONAL! missing money...I just dunno . There's this argument with the person accusing me of trying to cheat the 3d check people out of a non-legit 4th check , WHICH I AM NOT DOING , and the fact that (Though anotehr reason for going to SC would be to maybe use the hospital there some for care , they're maybe over being sick of me somewhat) , with the stay-away order against me in the main drag of downtown SC , I would be tempting another SC Greybar sojourn or have to really sneak around thata rea !...And , with my IDs gone , I think that it's highly questionable that even any shelter where I was not already known would let me stay there , or any motel/hotel/whatever...For shelters , maybe the 1 in SC and 1 in SJ I've stayed in and I think they remember me would...

...Also , regarding the " faking for a 4th check " accusation , trying to check-fraud - with written evidence - such $ from a specialist money company would be the quickest trip to a Federal or state - not county - pokey imaginable 8) ! !! !! !! !! !! This person . Honestly .

I'm confident that, once you get your ID, nice things will start happening for you. I do believe you're eligible for the Aged, Blind & Disabled program. They'll put you on Medicaid and you can get treatment for your feet and everything else that ails you. If you're depressed, tell them that, too.

That was a long time ago. It's close to impossible to get involuntarily committed these days. Now you have to fight to get into the hospital.

I think that most people here who read your posts would agree that you need to get some type of mental health counseling. You seem to have a lot of issues. It would be very difficult for anyone to resolve that many problems by themselves without some help.

...Maybe I could talk about some of the monies I'm lacking:-(...As I said?? (I guess I don't want to re-read what I wrote right now .) , I had my pocket picked and an amount of cash (Too much , I admit .) stolen from it which was much of what was remaining from the windfall I got (Which , repeating myself?? , I have received roughly 2/3 of , but now the company that , briefly , was supposed to send me the last 1/3ishin late November/early December of last year has not done so , and made zero response to a number of polite E-mails and PMs on FB made by me in the later part of last year , as well as , apparently , not answering one call someone else made for me) , this amount 63% of the amount of my monthly SSD payment .
The problem I referred to was that , an ATM , briefly , f****d up , and , instead of dispnenisg to me a considerable portion of my SSD for the month (roughly 27%) , drew the " dispensed " money , in the slot waiting for me to take it , finally out , bck inside of the machine when I took to long to grab it and pull it out , sucking the $20.oo bills inside - But , the , my account after that listing the money as having been dispensed , taken out of my account , even though it had been drwn back within by the ATM and I had not got it ! !! !! !! !!
There's another recent-past money loss but , perhaps it belongs in another post , of important things that I got out of the windfall money , to show you ~ If I have to impress anyone here ~

...You know , I DID get " sensible " things during the period of the windfall (Which I am still owed 1/3 of , remember .)...
I started a bank account ~ Now , I'm thinking that the account (both interest-bearing/savings and checking) may , now , be at least possibly on its way to being closed by the bank ~ Or , anyway , pushed into some permanent " overdraft/negative total " limbo :( ...
I made more attempts to get a cell--phone and THEY BLEW UP ON ME!! !! !! !! !! !
I bought the combination of a cf and minutes for it (Yes , a " pay as you go " plan , I don't think I'd likely pass the credit checks for many-if-any contracts and it's a big expense .) for $149.00 at a 7-11 (the majority of it the minutes - not the phone itself , which , incidentally , was a quite basic one , IIRC , NOT a smartphone) - and it turned out to be literally not even backed up/supported by its company ! !! !! !! !!
As I found out when I , first , tried to go online to set it up , then , failing at that , called the company's 800 line - It was October/November , and the company had withdrawn that model after June 30th ! !! !! !! !!
I had kept the receipt , and I went back to the 7-11 - and they arrantly , again & again , have played " So-and-So isn't here/the money's not here " ! ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY-NINE DOLLARS
It was a Boost phone (with Motorola battery) , I think .
Later on , I spent less (This is when I had the windfall , remember .) on a Tracphone , for a while (Finding some younge people to help me some with setting it up , I believe :( .) , I managed to get the basic phone & even camera functions going ~ But , later on , after the minutes ran out , I BOUGHT SOME MORE MINUTES AND ENTERED THEM and , STILL , NOTHING HAPPENED ! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! I chharge it up again and again  If pointing out these " practical " purchases makes me seem " more deserving " to you :(...

...Let me speak a bit more about the second of the two cellphones I referenced buying above ~ Not the piece of total junk that the Radio Shack sold me , but the - still apparently still working in a certain way , anyway :? - Tracphone that I was speaking about .
I do want to have a cellphone ! :( Look , you're essentially nobody in the current-day world without one , and I'd LIKE to be able to contact people and have a number to leave/be contacted back   ! !! !! !! !! !!
So , I bought , after my disaster w/that crooked Radio Shack's phone , another one .
A Tracphone .
More later......,...

A checking account would probably be closed. An interest-bearing savings account should be good indefinitely, unless you remove the money.

Again, your first step should be admitting to yourself that this is a bigger problem then you can handle by yourself, and that you need some professional help. Then go to Santa Clara County Mental Health and see a social worker and have them help you straighten this mess out.

That is the only real solution to your problems, that I can think of.

...I think getting that last 1/3 of the windfall that should have been sent many weeks , if not months ago , would help ! !! !! !! !! !!
Also , breaking this logjam , so I can try to get newies of the missing I.D. cards ~ I do think that going to Santa Cruz , on the chance that the pickpocketed I.D. card got returned there , as well as the possibility that the nurse there who helped me before with getting a nws I.D. , if the old I.D. didn't make it there , would be a good one ! !! !! !! !! :o I'm certainly not saying " I don't need any help from anyone " , quite the opposite :x...........

Thats why you need to have a social worker help you with all of this.
