There exists no valid, empirical evidence for any psychic ability, much less for precognitive abilities, and even less for Aspies and other Autistic people to be 'psychic' in any way. "Magical Thinking" - where the correlation is mistaken for causation - is both delusional and fallacious.

However, in the interest of scientific curiosity, I propose a simple test wherein (1) an alleged 'psychic' writes down a number between 0 and 10,000 on a piece of blank paper; (2) the paper is placed in an envelope that is immediately sealed; (3) the 'psychic' and the envelope are both placed in separate solitary-confinement cells; (4) 500 miles away, another person inside another solitary-confinement cell flips a single coin 10,000 times while a hidden video camera records the result of each coin flip; (5) once the 10,000 results are recorded, the envelope is unsealed and the written number is compared to the recorded result.

If the two numbers match exactly, the alleged 'psychic' goes free, with one-million tax-free U.S. dollars in his or her favorite bank account.

If the two numbers are off by even one digit, the 'psychic' gets to spend the rest of his or her natural life in the same solitary-confinement cell.

In either case, the 'flipper' is released with our heart-felt thanks and one-way bus fare to downtown Berwyn, Illinois.
Does the flipper get medical treatment for their hand?

If each flip of a coin takes four seconds, ten thousand flips would take 40,000 seconds, which, assuming no breaks, would be ~11.11 hours worth of flipping the coin. I would expect serious repetitive stress injuries.

I had an interest in precognition, back when I was in college (when I took a course entitled the Psychology of Pseudo Science). It was fascinating. I spent countless hours reading philosophical papers on the subject. I then wrote my term paper on the topic.

As you indicated, there is no empirical evidence. Now, I need to find that paper and read what I wrote.

To the OP, according to most current scientific understanding, autism can be compensated for in some cases but not cured/healed etc. That is because it is not just aome sort of emotional or psychological problem, but physical irregularities in the development of the brain. So either you still have autism, or never had it. It is not possible to have had it and not have it anymore.

Predicting the future as already has been stated is currently believed to be a imaginary skill only and also not possible. No one can actually see the future, except on rare occassion by statistical coincidence, like having a dream that comes true.

Some individuals however, are better at analysis and interpreting, and are better at deducing possible outcomes more accurately. But they can only think in terms of what might logically occur.

No. I usually have a feeling about something, and it turns out the opposite. Like when I just knew my friend was going to have a boy. I could see it that she was going to have a boy. It felt so strong, that I wondered if I could predict the future. But it turned out she had a girl. Now she has another girl, and doesn't want any more children.

Most of us on the spectrum can fly.

Many can shapeshift.

But predict the future? No.

Must be thinking of some other syndrome.

Ah, but can you fly while you shapeshift? That's the real trick.

I'd like one of those tree pruners on a pole. You know not a cheap one though.

I predicted reality shows were a fad that wouldn't last long. I also predicted the same with rap music. sigh.

I can predict who will win the presidency. Since 1980, I've never been wrong.

I'll call that bluff.

What is the name of the person who will win the presidency in 2016?

I can't predict the future but I can make people do things for me.

Touch your nose.

Did you?

See, I knew you wouldn't. Maybe I can predict the future.

Who is your prediction for 2016? My guess is Hillary.
