When I was like 3 years old, I liked to collect drawings from people visited us. My mom says I had a notebook where she drew things for me, and when my grandmother, cousins, uncles and other family members and friends went to my home, I gave them my notebook and ask for drawings.

That is actually a great idea and they did that in victorian times rather a lot...kept these scrapbooks and would have friends and family write poems or draw in them...you can still find these, and the drawings can be incredibly well done.
