I wonder if KOR has posted in her blog.

Kraftie if you know how to check on her please let me know how she is doing.

Makes me think of that Star Trek TNG episode where Geordi gets that "drunk disease" affecting the ship, and he asks Tasha to be able to see like a human. She comments that he already sees better than she can with his visor, and he replies that he sees "more" but "more" isn't necessarily "better."

I don't have a problem with this statement of HFA or AS person being high-functioning.
High-functioning is autism with IQ >= 70, so it is true of me and most autistic people I know.
Head-banging doesn't make a person not high-functioning, and not head-banging doesn't make a person high-functioning.
Low-functioning is autism with IQ < 70, and the combination of autism and intellectual disability is generally more disabling than autism without intellectual disability.
Most HFA people I know appear neither obviously autistic or disabled, so it is understandable that most people would interpret that they are high-functioning, perhaps very high-functioning, if they tell people that they are autistic.
Most LFA people I know don't head-bang or engage in LFA stereotypical behaviors like violent meltdowns, and they are not as intellectually disabled as people think they are.

What do you mean do you mean the comments from her blog or do you mean that she has other blogs that she posts on?

People are always telling me that I don't look or act autistic. My mom is usually the one to say something about it. I have run into so many problems with this. Just because I'm able to speak doesn't make me any less autistic. =.= I hate when people judge me and compare me to the more severe autistics out there.

As far as I understand it it's her own favourite blogs from other people.

It's amazing that you kept all this information!

This is something I should have done.

But I'm wondering: Does KOR want to be contacted by us? I'm wondering if she just wants to "take a break." This happens with some frequency here. There's a person here who came back after about 5 years of not being on the Site.

I would say, if one does contact her, maybe just ask her if she's okay, express your concern, and promise not to contact her again until she wants to be contacted.

I did not keep all the information, but I know the name of her blog.
In October I think there was a thread in the old WP from I think mmcool why KOR was not writing anymore and another user posted about her updating her favourite blogs, and first I didn't know what he meant, but then I looked again and saw it, and I kept it in mind and when the question came up now I remembered.
I do miss her posts, she wrote about some perceptions I have and had I never read someone writing about.
I hope she comes back one day.

They also have problems understanding that certain, apparently random, things can be beyond you. Even completly confusing them should you find something they consider "hard" to be fairly easy. Since they don't understand at all that you and them may have completly different definitions of "easy" and "hard".
