Belief in ghosts is irrational

Casper is a made up figure.

The briefest answer is that my dearly beloved deceased Mom drops by from time to time. She's not solid but more than transparent. She doesn't speak but I know what her eyes mean.

I believe in them - I've heard too many good stories. I have to say, Facebook got me down today with all these people bashing any stories people were asked to submit on various pages. You know, the BBC say 'have you seen a ghost?' and no-one speaks up after the first few get shot rudely down (i.e. mine). I mean, are there people who go on football pages or sport pages and continually explain how sport is rubbish? Or go on, I don't know, knitting pages and suggest buying jumpers or whatever is cheaper?

Neither. There's no definitive proof either way. Rather than deciding what to believe or not, I simply accept that there are things beyond our own understanding.
