Because there's no "protection". There has never been a campaign or any law passed (in any country) to stop the poor treatment bullying of those on the upper end of the spectrum. People know they're not allowed to mess with LFA's (well most of the times) but Aspies can be abused, ridiculed, discriminated against and it's okay.
