I like loud sounds when I'm in control of it, if that makes sense. It's almost like stimming, really. Quiet noises and silence are unsatisfactory to me. So I'll listen to the same song at high volume repeatedly. I just don't like a lot of noise that I don't have control over. So, a room of people talking too much where I can hear everyone talking at once and it's just too much.
I think that makes sense.
