Thanks for your reply. I wish teachers at my school would realize this. I still remember my favorite day of physical education ever. It was in sixth grade, and for one day only the teachers allowed us to split into two groups: one group of people who wanted to play the current sport competitively, and another who just wanted a more relaxed game. I chose the more casual option, and I had so much fun and got so much more exercise than I would have normally gotten in P.E. because people actually attempted to include me and pass me the frisbee, etc.
Honestly, I don’t see the issue with being able to do that now. I thought the point of gym in the first place was to get exercise, which I still try to do, but it is always so much more enjoyable when I am not forced into team or competitive sports. My current idiotic teacher seems to think that if you aren’t good at sports, you don’t deserve credit in effort, no matter how much you try
