Is it possible that I might end up committing crimes without meaning to do so if I don't understand what people are trying to tell me or if I am in panic? I have ASD.

Prof. Sam Vaknin explained that people with HFA (like me) can do something stressful or distressful and that people like me with HFA could commit crimes without meaning to do so or are in panic, because people like me don’t have very good social skills.

I feel scared and confused! Because statistics and studies point out that people with mental health and developmental disorders are less likely to commit crimes and are ten times more likely to be victims than the general population.

Statistics and studies of mental health, development and personalities are similar in almost all over the world.

Prof. Sam Vaknin explained that only people with HFA (High-functioning Autism) can have conduct disorders and I am one of them. I am a High-functioning person with ASD who also has a diagnosis of Conduct Disorder Unspecified.

There have been cases of some people committing sexual, stalking and and cyber crimes and have access to cp without mens rea activate, because they don't have very good social skills and common sense.

There was a study that Asperger Syndrome or milder forms of Autism can be used as a criminal defense in these situations.

My scientific study

Some people with High-functioning Autism can engage in violent behaviors if they don't understand what people are trying to tell them or are in panic and don't feel well at all and are very frustrated.

There are rare cases of some people with ASD doing military jobs or committing crimes as if they were NT, although the rest of the autistic population are ten times more likely to be victims than being perpetrators. This form ASD was once known as PDD-NOS.

People with PDD-NOS can do military jobs or commit crimes as if they were NT, because they (people like me) have more intact social skills than the rest of the ASD population. But if you have more severe form of ASD, you probably would not be able to do military jobs or commit all the criminal acts whatsoever, because at this point you lack social skills than people with PDD-NOS according to Wikipedia. So, I would not be surprised if some people with PDD-NOS ruled the country, even if being a president does involve social skills and according to Wikipedia, it is common for people with PDD-NOS to have more intact social skills that may be enough to do government and military jobs.

I also explained why people with PDD-NOS have the same criminal rates as the general population, because they can preform neurotypical tasks and have enough social skills to commit crimes or join the military as if they were NTs but with autistic traits that may qualify for a diagnosis of some form of PDD.

I also explained that ASD is a such broad disorder that even convicted criminals can be diagnosed with ASD as well.
