Me and my best friend (whom I have known for 11 years) are at the point where we can read eachothers thoughts over the internet.
Now obviously this isn't about reading eachothers faces or body language, so what is it?

Also a little quote came to mind when I read this post:

Elan: If you can read my thoughts, then what am I thinking right now?
Roy: You are imaging me strangeling you for being an idiot
Elan: No... oh wait, NOW I am... Wow Roy, you aren't just a mind reader, you are a FUTURE mindreader! 8O

No, i get the feeling that people view me as a complicated algebra equation and they couldnt interpret me even if they tried. This is because I live in the sensory and emotional world, not the social world, so they are often trying to attribute social reasons to things I do when none exists.

I know some AS people do feel other people inside their heads though. In some ways it might be nice, less isolating anyway.

I do remember though when I went travelling with my family in India, that after we spent about 10 days together we could finish each others sentences, and it even happened that 2 of us would have the same dreams..

I think that when people spend a lot of time together such synchronisation can occur...
