making 3d art; Poser, Bryce, modeling objects and texturing them. Mostly harmless...(I modeled a Wrong Planet alien for a recent thread...but that's most of what's been on here. Oh, and I did my avatar....;)

I think I'm finally outgrowing anime. Now I'm finding myself drawn to finer, more sophisticated pieces of artwork. My favorite artist is Margaret Keane, and my favorite piece by her is called "Our Own Private World". Being Catholic, I also appreciate the works of Michaelangelo.

You don't need to be Catholic to appreciate his work, you just need to be able to enjoy art.

I know I don't need to be Catholic to enjoy his work. All I'm saying is that I'm able to appreciate it more because the Sistine Chapel is a place of significance for people of my religion. It'd be no different than telling a Muslim person that they don't need to be Muslim to like the Taj Mahal. :?

My "normal" obsessions are more modern movies/TV shows. I don't consider obsessions about shows like SpongeBob or Degrassi: The Next Generation abnormal, nor do I consider movie obsessions like A Beautiful Mind or Chicago abnormal. The focus/intensity of the obsessions is, of course, abnormal, but those types of special interests aren't considered odd. I'm lucky that a lot of my special interests are TV shows and movies, because I can easily find forums for those.

I'm still trying to get a girl or get laid, so that's a normal obsession for me. That's pretty much on every guy's mind lol.

My obsession with certain bands. I've found others close to my age that are fans of the same bands.
