Your result for The Broad Autism Phenotype Test ...
Autistic/BAP
You scored 124 aloof, 105 rigid and 97 pragmatic
You scored above the cutoff on all three scales. Clearly, you are either autistic or on the broader autistic phenotype. You probably are not very social, and when you do interact with others, you come off as strange or rude without meaning to.
You probably also like things to be familiar and predictable and don't like changes, especially unexpected ones.

The Autism Spectrum Quotient (AQ) test 37

Respondent Average EQ Average SQ Brain Type
Males 39.0 61.2 Systemizing
Females 48.0 51.7 Empathizing
Your Score 20 74 Extreme Systemizing

The one above was confusing because I never knew I systemized anything. At best I feel mentally dull and unorganized most of the time.

Scoring:
If you answered more than fourteen of the questions as true of yourself, you are probably highly sensitive. But no psychological test is so accurate that an individual should base his or her life on it. We psychologists try to develop good questions, then decide on the cut off based on the average response.

If fewer questions are true of you, but extremely true, that might also justify calling you highly sensitive.

You have indicated that 19 of the items are true of you.

Thank you for filling out this questionnaire.

Your Aspie score: 133 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 64 of 200
You are very likely an Aspie

The eye and emotional intelligence quiz gave me a headache trying to figure them out so I just quit.
It was like a blank jigsaw puzzle.

BAPQ 82 aloof, 83 rigid and 94 pragmatic (by the way, I put this test up!)

AQ 27

EQ 17 SQ 38

Self-report EIQ 95, 37th percentile

HSP 18

Mind in the eyes 28

Asperger Diagnosis Self-Test 25

Alexithymia 92

IQ 137 (previously tested)

I think I'll plug people's scores into SPSS

This will be my first post here, I find myself constantly looking for answers about my issues/differences in life. Seems like I am on the right trail.

1. The Broad Autism Phenotype Questionnaire:
Your result for The Broad Autism Phenotype Test ...
Autistic/BAP
You scored 118 aloof, 103 rigid and 90 pragmatic
You scored above the cutoff on all three scales. Clearly, you are either autistic or on the broader autistic phenotype. You probably are not very social, and when you do interact with others, you come off as strange or rude without meaning to. You probably also like things to be familiar and predictable and don't like changes, especially unexpected ones.

You scored 118% on aloof, higher than 75% of your peers.
You scored 103% on rigid, higher than 65% of your peers.
You scored 90% on pragmatic, higher than 51% of your peers.
You scored 6% on diagnosis, higher than 56% of your peers.

2. The Autism Spectrum Quotient (AQ) test:
Score: 36
Psychologist Simon Baron-Cohen and his colleagues at Cambridge's Autism Research Centre have created the Autism-Spectrum Quotient, or AQ, as a measure of the extent of autistic traits in adults. In the first major trial using the test, the average score in the control group was 16.4. Eighty percent of those diagnosed with autism or a related disorder scored 32 or higher. The test is not a means for making a diagnosis, however, and many who score above 32 and even meet the diagnostic criteria for mild autism or Asperger's report no difficulty functioning in their everyday lives.

3. The Empathizing Quotient and Systemizing Quotient - Revised (EQ SQ-R) tests:
EQ Score: 14 (Male avg. is 39.0)
SQ Score: 58 (Male avg. is 61.2)
Generally, the higher the score the greater your natural ability for that trait.
Brain Type: Extreme Systemizing (6% of control group)

4. The EIQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient) Test:
This emotional intelligence test consists of two parts; a self-report portion and an ability portion. The test assesses your capacity to recognize your own emotions and those of others; understand how best to motivate yourself; become close to others; and manage your own feelings and those of others. Emotional intelligence contributes a great deal to your potential in life. A poor emotional intelligence can hold a brilliant individual back from achieving his or her goals, while a good EIQ can help someone who might otherwise struggle achieve success in life.

Self-report Component
Subscale IQ score = 55 (seemingly the minimum score)
Subscale percentile = 0.13

According to your self-report answers, your emotional intelligence is very poor. People who score like you do feel that they have trouble dealing with their own emotions and those of others. They struggle to overcome difficulties in their lives and they are unable to control their moods. It's hard for them to understand how best to motivate themselves and reach their goals. In addition, they find social interactions quite difficult, for several reasons. They may have trouble allowing themselves to get close with others, finding it difficult to be vulnerable enough to establish intimacy. They also report having trouble offering support to others, likely due to the fact that they do not understand where others are coming from or they lack ideas about how best to help. Perhaps by working on your problem areas, you can become more confident in dealing with your own emotions and those of others.

5. The Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) test:
You have indicated that 11 of the items are true of you.

6. Understanding facial expression test: The 'Reading the mind in the eyes' test:
Your score: 29
A typical score is in the range 22-30. If you scored over 30, you are very accurate at decoding a person's facial expressions around their eyes. A score under 22 indicates you find this quite difficult.

7. Face blindness / Prosopagnosia test: The Cambridge Face Memory test:
Not available at time of testing, page not found.

8. The Aspie Quiz:
Your Aspie score: 126 of 200.
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 75 of 200.
You are very likely an Aspie.

I took these like... a week ago? but I still remember my scores/results, so I'll do a post.

BAP:
(can't remember the numbers)
You scored above the cutoff on all three scales. Clearly, you are either autistic or on the broader autistic phenotype. You probably are not very social, and when you do interact with others, you come off as strange or rude without meaning to. You probably also like things to be familiar and predictable and don't like changes, especially unexpected ones.

AQ:

Scored 37

Empathizing/Systemizing:

E: 22
S:44
somehow still made me a extreme systemizing because of the difference

EIQ:

I remember I got 69, 2%,

Very poor emotional skills, it said. I didn't think I would do so bad

HSP:

It said I was highly sensitive, I think the number was 24

Skipped the eye test, I took it one other time

Aspie Test:

I think my score was 132, if I remember correctly
It said Very likely Aspie

Hi, new guy here. I will do an introduction thread about myself after I take these tests. I had one question before doing them; Are these some of the actual tests given by a doc for diagnosing AS? It would be very beneficial if they were rather than going to my doc and saying "I took some online tests", if you get my meaning. Thanks.

Nobody seems to have answered this.

Yes, some of them are. When my psych gave me tests to take to be forwarded to the regional autism centre, they were some of the same tests given in this thread.

I do not know how many others they might put me through when I get the full assessment, or what tests other centres might be using.

BAPQ: Autistic/ BAP 123 aloof, 84 rigid, 100 pragamatic
AQ test: 42
EQ: 11 SQ: 85 extreme systemizer
Aspie quiz: 130/200 AS
82/200 NT

This tends to confirm my suspicion that I have AS also. My therapist agrees based on information I have written about my friends (or lack thereof) over my entire life and other info about myself. I will take some of the info in to my psychiatrist and see if he will make a formal diagnosis.

My husband is definitely AS - He is a total introvert and socially inept and is happy that way. My son and I are more "extroverted Aspies" in that we both really want friends and want to be social, we just don't know how.

2. AQ: 41/50
3. EQSQ: 19 EQ / 70 SQ (extreme systemizing)
4. EIQ: 68
5. HIS: 18
6. Reading mind in the eyes: 26/36

Thank you for sharing the tests. Quite a number of them were novel to me. I wouldn't have thought there's so many, not to mention various in topic.

1.) The Broad Autism Phenotype Test scores:

  • 112% on Aloof (higher than 62% peers);
  • 132% on Rigid (higher than 99% peers);
  • 95% on Pragmatic (higher than 60% of peers).

2.) AQ score is 43.

3.) The Empathysing And Systemising Quotient Test results:
  • 32 on the Emotional Quiz;
  • 125 on the Systemising Quiz.
(Extreme Systemising)

4.) The Emotional Quotient Test outcome:
  • The Subscale IQ Score is 93;
  • The Subscale Precentile is 34.

5.) The Highly Sensitive Person Test turned out as 19.

6.) The ''Reading The Mind In The Eyes'' Test score ended up with a 27.

7.) The Facial Recognition Test outcome was 72% (18 out of 30).

8.) Asperger's Quiz results:
  • Aspie Score is 170 out of 200;
  • Neurotypical (Non-Autistic) Score is 37 of 200.

I have not been diagnosed with anything so far, although I've been told I might have autism and OCD. While I seed my doubt into such implications, considering my mania, no one's ever too skeptical about the latter. Of course, as long as they know what being obsessive compulsive means. These tests, taken lightly or not, are still triggers, which make me think and question things and, thus, come to certain conclusions about myself and my environment.
I honestly thought I would do ''better,'' specifically in the social department and not so terribly in certain autistic aspects. Although I did receive a pleasant surprise with some results. The facial and emotion recognition were decent enough. As well as confusing, to be honest. A lot of the faces just didn't look like anything that would match any of the four descriptive words.

In any case, my apologies for the long post. Hopefully it's not too obnoxious.

Extreme Systemizing

EQ:

Understanding facial expression test: 26 - I doubt the accuracy of this because I guessed half of them when "neutral" would have been my choice.

Facial recognition test: 72%

Aspie test:
Your Aspie score: 148 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 53 of 200

I was diagnosed with agoraphobia when I was 15 (now 22) but have been thinking for the past few years that it doesn't explain everything. I discovered asperger's and the autism spectrum a few months ago and did the Cambridge test where I scored about the same. After some bad depression and agoraphobia I have decided to learn more about myself and I think these results speak for themselves.

Face memory: 70% recognition (thank god all the people didn't move or change their hair for the next picture) If there were 2 different photos of the same person I would had more trouble. 88% temporal This does not surprise me I do well remembering when the things I can remember happened.

I know that these are just for fun but it does make me wonder how nobody ever thought that their "little professor" (me) was an aspie or was challenged by these things.

Reading the mind in the eyes: 13
Did it seem to anybody else that they were all either staring at you or looking off some where? I had a hard time seeing anything else beyond that.
