Institutional bullying.
Organised bullying.
I suppose it's the heirarchical systems that lead to power imbalances, hence bullying.
Anti-bullying policies in heirachical social systems.
These don't remove the power imbalance, so how can these stop the bullying?
Surely a teacher shouting at or coercing a child (discipline) is the origin of bullying?
If the child and the teacher had equal power and cooperated, would this decrease bullying?

there's no intent to stop the bullying despite what they say.

I believe that bullying is a systemic issue.
Change the system and the social dynamics would change.
If you tried to change the system, it would put into question the idea that people in authority or adults "always know best".
People don't want to lose their power or their reputations.
They feel threatened by people "below them" on the ladder.
That's where all the passive aggressive behaviour is coming from.

the foundation of their belief system is already incredibly shaky, but at the same time they have no better underlying philosophy; so the system keeps collapsing, and then they rebuild it and wash, rinse, repeat.
It's like I even say these days:
"yes, I will rock the boat; if it's rockin' so easily, it must not have been built all that sturdy to begin with"

Adults assuming that children are incapable of thinking for themselves.
Adults treating kids like empty containers to be force fed with facts.
Adults talking down to and patronising children.
Adults putting little kids in a crowded room under sensory deprivation conditions and expecting the kids to learn because someone is standing at the front of the room droning on and on.
Adults drugging children for being too active and not conforming to the passive learning sensory deprivation environment.
Adults expecting kids to be able to handle abstract concepts, such as arithmetic, at a very young age without any solid physical objects to hold and count.
Adults automatically assuming that every stranger is a potential child abductor.

actually that last one makes perfect sense to me. How, you may wonder? Well, there's your answer in regards to how good they are at that little thang called "body language"
One question: what do you mean force-feeding kids with facts? Sorry...facts are not what I got from it; loads of bulls*** propaganda is what I got from it.
Dude, if most adults in this world honestly knew the facts, this world would be a totally different world.

I mean a set curriculum telling people what they "should" learn.
When you refer to propaganda, do you mean statements like:
"It's my job to teach you how to think for yourself."
I've heard this one a few times.
Nobody can be taught how to think for themselves?
I remember several kids coming up to a teacher saying that they were "stuck" on a question. The teacher said:
"You're old enough to think for yourselves, so think for yourselves!"
She ordered the students to think for themselves.
It seems a bit hypocritical given that she was teaching them set material and asking them to regurgitate it for tests.
I'm not suprised that they kept asking her for help.
They were dependent on her for knowledge.
They were petrified of bad grades and getting it wrong.
I opened a course folder. The blurb said something like:
"With good organisational skills, you'll be able to hold down a part time job; learn to drive; go out shopping with friends; party at the weekend; have a two hour commute; do extracurricular activities, visit your boyfriend/girlfriend; do extra keyskills assignments; do your homework and get full marks on this course. It's possible! It's a life skill."
No, it isn't possible.
Overloading people with work isn't a life skill, it's torture.
I never met anyone on the course who managed to do all of those things, not even the really able people. That's because there are only 24 hours in a day and at least 5 of these are needed for sleep. I was told I was one of the most organised and hardworking people there and I was unable to do all of these things.
So why the lies?
I suppose it's like advertising: misleading people for profit.
A kind of exploitation.
Perhaps if people knew the truth about how long things really took and how hard they'd have to work, they'd lose motivation. Perhaps even the will to live.

Multitasking is very inefficient. Here is my mathematical demonstration.
This is To those whom are advid multitaskers. Would you want and allow your child to play while working or would you want your child to finish their work (e.g. homework, chores ...) and then play? Personally, I would rather have my child do all of their work first and then play. There are two reasons. The work would get done faster and with better quality. The child would have more time to play. I'm going to do a quick multitasking example with quantam. X is some kind of chore a child has to do and Y is a playful activity a child wants to do. Let's say X is 5 minutes and Y is 5 minutes.
Multitasking with quantam: One minute Switch Time between work and play. Let's say the switch time is one minute
S is equal to switch time which is the time it takes to change from one activity to another.
X=1
S=1
Y=1
S=1
X=1
S=1
Y=1
S=1
X=1
S=1
Y=1
S=1
X=1
S=1
Y=1
S=1
X=1
S=1
Y=1
This takes 19 minutes.
Let's do this time with mono-tasking(In this case the child works and then plays)
X=5
S=1
Y=5
This is 11 minutes.
Taking 19 - 11 we see that the work and then play method(mono-tasking) is 8 minutes faster
then the work while you play method(multitasking).
It looks like grandma and grandpa, mamma and dadda of the old time World War II(The great generation) and even World War I Generation were right on this one.

I believe this system is made up of people who interact with each who has certain values and beliefs. I believe you have to challenge these values and beliefs. I believe this is how we can change the system. We have to call their beliefs and values into question.

I'd agree with you if the very foundation of their system wasn't based on those beliefs. Just remember this: if you want to change something, you have to have a better way to do things. In most cases, people just want to get rid of something with absolutely nothing better to put in its place. When that happens, things just pretty much go back to the way they were, just with a different person pretty much enforcing the same basic ideas.

You have an excellent point. Honestly, if there is no alternative solution then there is no problem. This would mean the NT way is always correct. Personally, I do not know anything with absolute certainty. I have biases and perceptions which could be completely wrong. I would not be able to come up with the 100% of the better way of doing things because of this. I can put some of my ideas out there. I believe to develop a better system would have to come from all of us. We would all or many of us as possible would have to pitch ideas as much as possible. Once we decide on something I believe we would have to demonstrate that this works.
One of the things I believe is this new system has to be dynamic. I believe that certain foundations and beliefs will have to be constantly questioned from time to time. In my opinion, I believe this is a value that this new system and the people in this system need to have. I believe our goal is to reach infinity. We can never reach infinity though. What this means is I believe we will be constantly making better refinements to the values and beliefs in this new system we all could possible live in. We can keep finding ways to keep improving as long as we all exist.
If we can we need NTs to be a part of this as well to obtain their perspective.
This is one partial solution I have.

What a drag they lied to you so badly ! I am sorry for that course you took Ambereyes Cubedemon I am a multi tasker and a mostly NT with alot of aspie traits . I could not take one task from start to finish if my life depended on it . If however you put several more tasks on the list that I can do at the same time , viola ! tho I must admit it does take much longer to finish them all than to do one at a time .
I invite the older adults especially Neurotypicals to please come and answer my questions. If the older adults say that the younger adults and kids are not real world then I ask the older adults what is the real world.
They will say a person will not make 40,000 right out of high school. This does not tell them how much they will make. For all I know they could make 39,999. For the most part they say what is not. They do not for the most part say what is.
They say I'm supposed to have a positive attitude. What exactly am I supposed to have it towards? If I'm supposed to have a positive attitude towards everything this should be true as well:
"I have an upbeat and positive attitude about life and everything about life. I believe positivity will get you far in life. Since, I am supposed to be upbeat and positive about life and all that is in it then I have a positive attitude towards negativty, a negative attitude, and pessimism. I have a positive attitude that negativity, self-pity, whinning, a negative attitude, and pessimism will make me the CEO of a fortune 500 company. "
Why do older adults tell children not to point or it is impolite to point when the child sees something out of the ordinary?
My question is why don't they tell me the polite thing to do to show something out of the ordinary? What is the proper procedure that a child should take?
I believe this is another thing we can do to change the system. It is to get others to tell what is instead of telling what is not. Telling what is not is vague and ambigious. Don't tell anyone non-A. Tell me B.
I would also say smoking, but I don't think I'm the only person who finds it repulsive and disgusting.
I don't drink either; my reasoning is as follows: if I'm gonna be doing something, I'd like to know what the hell I'm doing when I'm doing it.
With alcohol, you get drunk and start spouting out stupid sh!t, and that's supposed to be entertainment; I don't get it.
