160/43

That's 20 points higher than the old one on the aspie side. The NT side went down about 20 points though. I took the old version at least 10 times. I can't deny I'm autistic even if I wanted to.

Your Aspie score: 123 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 82 of 200
You are very likely an Aspie

interesting, I have never got into the likely aspie area before I was always a mixture of NT and aspie in the old test. not sure what that means

"Your Aspie score: 192 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 10 of 200
You are very likely an Aspie"

I am pleased with these results.

I think somone should make one for kids without/tuning down the adult content a lot of those questions I don't understand.

The idea have occurred to me. I think it would be possible to use people's entered birth year to select a mini-version for people below a certain age (like 18). This would also require omitting 4 dimensions in the spider-diagram (contact + attachment on both sides), but that would be possible as well by using the former spider diagram code. What speaks against this is that Aspie Quiz doesn't work properly on children anyway, and that people in their late teens would benefit from knowing what kind of problems that will become common as they become adults, and might better be able to avoid them. In the end, not answering on the adult-type items will not affect score reliability (because unanswered items will be ignored when the score is calculated), but it will affect the 4 specific dimensions in the spider-diagram if most of these questions are not answered. Another possibility might be to not ask the adult-type questions, but still display them as unanswered in the PDF, and use the 8 dimension spider diagram.

What do people think about this?

also there are two "Do you enjoy big events even if they are crowded?" questions. i don't know if anybody has noticed that before or why i am seeing that question two times.

Yes, I noticed. Good reliability of answers as the correlation between answers on those identical questions is 0.88. :-)

My favourite question was "do you have trouble filling in forms?". It made me laugh and I clicked 2.

Your Aspie score: 131 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 72 of 200
That is a higher score than usual. I can´t say if it has to do with the questions or with me still being in the process of realizing how I function.

Now to the questions:
83. Do you like to visit people ONE AT A TIME? (Is it physically possible to do otherwise?)
93. Do you have a need to confess? (Religiously or as a human being?)
107. Do you prefer to meet people, you know on-on-one or in small familiar groups? (I´d suggest, that you rephrase it. It is a bit confusing. The question is probably about the preference of meeting few or very familiar people, but I stumbled over "or", because it makes the question sound like an "either-or", which it can´t be.)
140. Do highly enjoyable things like sex make you mute? (Is it about sex, or is it about enjoyable sensory experiences at large?)

A few of the new questions are good extensions, but a few of them are just overlapping/requestioning. It still needs some polishing.

I don't know (because I haven't checked which it is. I got the question from another test.

The idea came from the adult forum, but it is possible that it will work without mentioning sex. That would be preferable too as then it would work on both adults and teens. I think I might check it in the broader form.

Thanks for creating the RDOS test. It took me a long time to even ask the question and take it (I always thought the sense of isolation and other people not making sense was because I have a much higher than average IQ and am introverted and anxious all the time), but after getting the results and reading up on the reliability of the test compared to AQ, I decided to take it, it turned out with a rather high score (155 of 200 Aspie, 46 of 200 NT), and after looking over the forums here, it feels like I finally found the people who I at least somewhat comprehend. Since I have no income and am chronically unemployed, undiagnosed, and uninsured, it's likely to stay an unofficial diagnosis for the forseeable future, but it's nice to finally be able to put my finger on why no one else seems to make sense and so many totally arbitrary things that I just don't GET seem to rule other people.

What does the bit in bold mean?

"Chronically"?
It means "incurable". In this case it means "long time unemployed and not likely to get employment at all".

I don't have any. My husband just got a job at burger king after a few months unemployed, before that it was huddle house for a few months. I have had a much bigger problem finding work. People don't want to hire me since all my teeth rotted out of my head and I had to get them pulled. Since it's obvious I'm fairly young, people see me without teeth and they all want to assume I'm some sort of methamphetamine addict. It's both disconcerting and really hurts attempts to try and get back on our feet.

People are stupid.
Can't you get fake teeth or dentures?
Also, if you have no criminal record, wouldn't this satisfy them that you are not a drug addict?
