everyone diagnosed on the spectrum has autism but everyone presents it differently.

I only put altogether two years ago and got a diagnosis a year ago.

Aspergers is autism every symptom that is present in Autism is present in Aspergers.

agreed,although its not quite the same in reverse there are some traits from the 'severe' part of the spectrum that cannot be found in aspergers purely for criterias sake; such as intelectual disability and significant speech delay.

there are some traits that regulary get associated with only aspergers; having shtty motor skills for example; however have lived with many autists who are also severely or profoundly autistic and every one of us has fine and gross motor skills problems to different levels,some of us also have to use 'hand over hand' methods to draw because of shoddy motor skills,am one of the lucky ones in that can use own hand over hand;whereas have lived with more affected people who needed other peoples hands on theirs.

Significant speech delay, how much? Only had 10 words by 2 years, I could not speak more than single words some time past 3.

Approximation of significant speech delay is like not using words for communication by age 2 and short phrases for communication by age 3. The key is using these for communication. If you're repeating "bunny" 56 times in a row eberry other day for no reason, then that is not using words for communication.

I sopposly had a lot of words but I believe it was most if not all echoing. Can't explain now, maybe I'll have time later.
