It's shaving that particularly poses a problem for me.

My levels of apathy ostensibly remain consistently high throughout the year that I can at times end up resembling Sasquatch.

Is sheer laziness a general trait for those on the spectrum or is it independent to just me?

I shower daily and practice hygiene. I feel gross and dirty without it.

However, when I'm having depressive episodes or I'm off my meds, I find I sometimes can go a few days without it, which is not wholly pleasant for anybody who happens to be around me.

Because I have a job I shower almost everyday. I normally have to shower because my hair is out of control when I get up in the morning. I have problems sleeping and I toss and turn and wrap my arms around my head. If when I wake up my hair is not unmanageable I will not shower. Instead I put deodorant on and wash my face. In the winter I shower less frequently. If my hair is a mess I can say it is because of the hat I was wearing. I really dislike showering. When I was younger my mother had to make me take them. I would go weeks with out one in the Summer when I was not in school.

It was worse when I was younger.

Now I rather enjoy showering and not stinking.

Sometimes i forget to brush my teeth, comb my hair, and take a shower. It's really hard, especially in the summer because I don't have a reliable morning routine. I need to fix that
