I seriously need help talking to attractive guys sometime (do you suggest group therapy?)..
I grow mute around dudes that make my insides squeemish.

Ditto. Humans are scary. But attractiveness is not, or should not, be the issue....I hope!

I 2nd: CR is special!

I think most "attractive people" are confident and successful usually.. When a person has a confident posture, it helps them appear attractive.. people who are confident usually are successful, socially hip and happy.. I am "cute", but my posture is not that of a confident person... therefore, it's a turn-off.. I find it incredibly difficult to feel confident in social situations when I can't understand half of what people are communicating and I've had a life-time of rejection and exclusion by most of the human race... I wish it was different...

I tend to avoid those people too.. because they are the ones that have the least patience with someone like me and might immediately perceive me to be "a loser"... those people have hurt me more than most people have.. I was just invited to a barbeque last weekend by someone who is fairly successful and somewhat attractive.. and he ended up noticing some of my social deficiencies and I felt that he was making fun of me in front of this other female that was at the party.. anyway..

If I am near a celebrity-type person, I also can feel quite nervous.. Once, long ago, I tried to meet a famous person, and was immediately rejected by their "handlers" because I looked different and not the hip, cool, chic and rich, attractive types that normally are allowed to speak to a celebrity.. I was just trying to meet another musician who had been successful and had gotten a certain degree of fame.. I had seen them before they were famous, but whatever..

I have never tried to meet another famous person after that, it was too humiliating.. I guess for security reasons, they have to immediately assume the person is the worst stalker-type if they show any of interest in meeting the celebrity.. unless they themselves are famous or otherwise obviously very wealthy... anyway, enough of my ramblings.. sorry for long post...
