I'm neurotypical, and I stim at times. I tap my foot when I'm waiting, I pace up and down when agitated in my house, and I pick my fingernails when talking to people.

I do lots of stuff, but most of it is fairly normal. Finger tapping (good for piano practice), leg moving, funny accents and humming mostly. I try not to do them in front of other people, though.

Hmm I do what looks like stimming but it's usually not voluntary....like for instance I tend to pick up and fidget(for lack of a better word) with random objects and then I will notice I am doing that and stop or set it back down only to find myself doing the exact same thing a few minutes later. I can't seem to find any information on this sort of thing actually.
