they're usually the same evil folks that bust their butt to pass you then slam on their brakes when they're in front of you. noxious passive/aggressive types who now and then brandish weapons, at least around here. road hogs.

Yeah, I try to stay far away from those people. Bad drivers in general, too. I get as far away as possible.

hard to stay away from those people when one is surrounded by them, that is what one gets when one lives out in the sticks, a bunch of those types. anyways...
I LOVED "AI-Artificial Intelligence" but it seems that is strictly a minority opinion, it gave most folks the creeps. and reality programs I HATE but everybody else seems to love.

Progressive Rock it is kind of a hated genre of music but it is my favorite genre of music.

i love her when no one else will

Tennis isn't as popular as other sports, but I like it. I am a fan of a player very few people have heard of. I think more people should know about Denis Istomin. He's a nice person.

I hate most sports. I never understood society’s obsession with them and how being athletic and/or obsessed with sports was almost imperative to being socially acceptable. This is worse for men than it is for women but even as a woman when I tell people I don’t care or never played sports they look at me like i’m insane. The thing is that nobody acts like this over any other hobbies or interest. Like if someone says “I hate science” or “I have no musical talent” or “i suck at art” nobody thinks anything of it, but god forbid you’re bad at sports or tell people you don’t like it, you’re practically an instant outcast.
No, I’m not obese or against physical activity or exercise in general. I’ll swim, jog, do yoga, lift weights, etc. I just never understood the cult like mentality around competitive sports.

Another thing is music. I’ve always been a hard rock/heavy metal fan. I find most hip hop and rap intolerable to listen to. Not all but most. I’ve also always hated the inherent superficiality of pop music. Shallow lyrics, auto-tune and how people seem to become famous based on looks alone. When I was in high school everyone was obsessed with Britney Spears. People would even admit that she had no talent and then say “it doesn’t matter, she’s hot.” Believe me if I had fake blonde hair, breast implants and a personal trainer, I’d be “hot” too!

Sports and reality shows
Crime shows (I like thrillers where regular people have things happen, but police procedure books and shows are boring to me)


Things I love that everyone else seems to hate:
snakes are not my favorite animals but I like them

I love being by myself for long periods of time.
Don't know if that's something people hate.

Things I love that most people hate:
natto, Limburger cheese, durian

Things I hate that most people love:
watermelon candy, pickles

noisy flashing fireworks. [everybody else loves 'em]
