Haven't you blown your trumpet enough? You have bumped your own thread because no one is replying.

You are the person who says that vaccinations have nothing to do with the onset of autism. You also state that it has been proven. If people didn't trumpet about vaccines containing mercury they would still contain it.Mercury is neurotoxic and has no place in all vaccinations.Do you see what I am getting at?Whether vaccinations contribute to autism or not, they should be as safe as possible.Shouldn't the same hold true for infant formula?I will continue to trumpet as long as I want.I suggest you join discussions that do not offend you.

Here is how DHASCO/ARASCO may be affecting protein signaling http://www.jbc.org/cgi/reprint/M104018200v1.pdf

This will take me a long time to research, and until then, thank you for the warning and I'll be more cautious about the products I purchase.

I did want to mention that, is it just me, or is the guy on the natural news video possibly aspie?

Edit to add: I don't think big companies give a crap about consumer safety as much as their money. And I do think this is something any new mom or mom should at least research. You wouldn't blindly invest your money in stocks for infant formula without knowing much about the company, so why invest children's health into their product without knowing much about it? All I'm saying is someone comes on here stating that there is a danger, their website shows news videos showing some of the dangers, and I personally have read various other sources in the past stating that soy formula is bad. It sounds like the issue is more than one thing here, but I think soy is a great start for me to begin my personal research.

Pesky, Mercury IS a nuerotoxin. I hate it TOO! MANY do! BUT the main "proof" that it is linked to autism seems to be the claim of parents seeing their CDD kids. CDD is NOT autism! Let's say car accidents cause CP because they can cause spinal damage that SOMETIMES, AFTER training may appear to be LIKE CP. You claim is much the same. And people don't like car accidents either.

I believe that DHA/ARA supplemented infant formula is contributing to autism. I know that this sounds ridiculous.Formula manufacturers are not being honest with you.Better brain and eye development?Find out what I know and decide for yourself.Big pharm-synthetically engineered profit.

Those are assertions. Now where is the evidence?

Just about everything has been blamed for Autism. Thank God the anti-semites have not got around to blaming Autism on the Jews.

I believe that I have posted several scientific publications showing how dangerous these supplements can be.These publications,if you bother to read them, precisely establishes the fact that supplementation of naturally found DHA/ARA affects protein signaling. How it affects proper signaling is still under investigation. It is known that displacement of FYN as well as other proteins that are required for neuron and axon guidance are being driven out of cellular membranes.Being that DHASCO/ARASCO are structurally different in terms of esterification, these novel oils have the potential to be even more dangerous than natural sources.Scientist are now just beginning to understand DHA/ARA and their role in lipid pool microdomains. They have no idea how DHASCO/ARASCO affects lipid protein signaling.Sounds safe to me.

Here is how supplemented natural DHA/EPA increase prion disease formation. http://eprints.kfupm.edu.sa/98762/
sounds safe to me. I will keep adding scientific publications for those interested.
Here it increases neuronal death in late stages of alzheimers disease.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18355880
Here it peroxidizes and causes mitochondrial dysfunction.Mitochondrial dysfunction is the underlying cause of Hannah Poling's cause of autism after a round of vaccinations. http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articl ... id=2459249
Everyone keeps telling me to provide proof that these supplements may be dangerous for brain development. Then they tell me that his condition of severely autistic has nothing to do with these supplements.Tell me how these situations listed above are beneficial to brain development and can not result in brain damage labeled as severely autistic.

If you TRULY believe all this, why don't you CHALLENGE the FDA?

They MAY consider it. If THEY do, others may. If they do, others may HAVE to!

And sorry if your description doesn't fit what I read autism is, and does fit CDD, as I understand it. I never did like psych doctors, and I find it hard to take them seriously when, to do so, means I CAN'T! They are SO polarized that it is like hooking two batteries in parallel BACKWARDS. If you do that, you waste twice the energy and see no benefit. In electric theory, that is known as a SHORT CIRCUIT!

If the batteries don't behave right, I check the polarity. If they seem ok, but STILL don't behave, I try others. If THOSE don't behave, I check them elsewhere. I may even test the polarity on a vom. Likewise, I sometimes ask a second opinion of doctors. In cases like this, might even want another witness.

People, please stop trying to reason with this guy. You're only feeding him. He has no business here other than to spread his ideology about infant formula, and he really doesn't care about correlating it to autism (despite the thread title, which he clearly used to grab your attention and attempt to make it relevant to this forum, which it is not).

He will continue talking as long as people continue replying to his thread. He posts 2-3 times in a row without any responses, and when his thread died, he resurrected it. Clearly he is seeking attention and does not have enough people listening to him. If you keep listening to him, you're giving him what he wants.

Thank you.

Where do I start.Challenge the FDA?I did that. They have no answers for me.You could file a federal complaint vs. a government run organization. It's like fighting City hall. Not that simple. My son was diagnosed as severely autistic by a neurologist, not a phychiatrist.Big difference. His diagnosis is a label for a disease that has a broad range of phenotype and severity. As I mentioned earlier, his disease was diagnosed well before two years of age. That rules out cdd.As far as polarity-I have no idea what you are talking about and I have a BSEET in electronic engineering.I'm afraid that fixing my son's condition requires a bit more than checking battery polarity on a voltmeter.

You have a degree in electronic engineering, and you don't understand the idea of hooking up two power sources such that + goes to - and - goes to +? GRANTED, that is BAD, you should never do that, etc... but THAT was my point!

Fiddlerpianist-Again,If you do not like my post then why do you join in?.How dare you tell me that I do not correlate my discussion to autism?I,unlike you have done extensive research.Believe it or not I have four children and a full time and part time job.I have have a lot of responsibilities and a lot on my plate. My research has uncovered serious problems with the new ingredients in today's infant formulas.I do not need attention.I get that from my family.I post the information and links to sites where others can understand what I do now.I do this and expect nothing in return.Unlike you,I do not have the time to view other posts and insult the people who are writing them. What is your motivation to continuously post negative replies to my discussion? What do you know after reading my posts? What do you have to add other than insults?I have taken a large formula co. to Federal court.I have contacted the FDA and CDC.I have designed and published my own website based on my research. What have you done other than insult me and my beliefs?

I understand the principle of a "dead short".Maybe you should check your polarity.Your post seems bi-polar to me.Thank you,I won't hook up batteries in that way. What does this have to do with infant formula and autism?
