There are morphologic characteristics, but much less in HF autism than in lower functioning autism.
Strabism hasnt been mentioned yet, I think.

Still, there are some things that can be find quite often with very high-functioning autism:
- very low muscle tone (the baby face)
- very high muscle tone (the choleric type)
- reddish underpinning of the skin (more the hyperactive type?)
- eating disorders: anorexia is proven by research, but obesity must be also linked to ASD, mainly due to anxiety relief /stimming , depression/self-destruction and for a number of other reasons (see the thread on overeating, viewtopic.php?t=308607)
- certain traits which are due to movement issues, asymetries, position of the feet, neck problems (the unfit look)
- but aspies can also have these very athletic bodies, and be very body-conscious. Either because they obsess about their bodies (when rather very toned or muscle-packed) or because they just have this feeling for going with the elements or with a team.
