Well then, it's a good thing I posted a NYT news article on an internet forum vs. wrote a scientific paper, then, isn't it?

Depends on how scientific your claims aspire to be.

If you just casually mention some topic, you can give no sources at all.
If you claim yourself smarter than (or as smart as) the mainstream science, you have to be prepared for all the critique scientific claims conventionally undergo.

Wtf? :?

I made no scientific claims. You asked if there were studies about treating gut dysbiosis having positive results on behaviour. I said yes there are, some are referenced in the article I posted the day before. Go read the article and lookup whatever you want for yourself.

As for what I have shared here, I’ve been Extremely transparent about my story, what I’ve learned, done, and the results. I’ve never claimed to have conducted a medical study on myself - and in the present moment that was the furthest thing from my mind tbh as I was too busy figuring out how to save my own life to be concerned with what someone on a forum might think of what I tell them about it later.

Okay. Science says, you are partially right and partially wrong.
There is a correlation between GI problems and severity of autistic symptoms in some individuals.
However, there is growing evidence of strictly genetic cause underlying the whole spectrum, if subclinical cases are included.
Thank you.

As someone who actually knows a lot about gut bacteria and the microbiota. I say if we read your entrails we'd have a good shot of determining whether you were a human or a mouse. The field is important, but not very advanced.

Now why would anyone think that I was anything other than human?

Aaah, it seems part of the communication breakdown here is that you’ve confused WP with a scientific publication.

I’ve never submitted anything to any science journal or w/e they’re called. I shared what I learned and did that worked/s to treat my symptoms on a support forum for people suffering from the same affliction. That’s how I can best offer support here.
