So you don't think Neanderthals, if cloned, could successfully be integrated into our society? Their brain capacity is larger than ours and they've proven themselves to be talented painters... ever seen their cave paintings? And they were expert tool makers also. I think they are every bit as capable as modern humans. If they were successfully integrated into our society why couldn't they be trusted with bows and arrows, or even firearms for that matter?

I'm afraid your argument seems to boil down to "I think neanderthals smell of poop, so there!".

Because many people may be afraid that they would rebel and kill us all. That is why. And that is why by that time I will have a shotgun, crossbow, compound bow, recurve bow, machete and sniper rifle. Then we would see who is the dominant species.

Rebel? You mean you'd be keeping them as slaves or something? I doubt they'd have any reason to rebel if they were allowed to go about their lives, chase deer, become lawyers, architects etc.

I hate you. You spotted my real reason.
No, but in regards to the rebellion I mean in the sense that they try to become the dominant species. I will be a one man army with grenades, bows and guns. And knives. And a Hummer. And a kitchen sink. But only when they rebel.

Um, as for Neanderthals doing cave paintings, it is generally accepted that it was Cro-Magnon who began the cave paintings and had a one up on symbolic thought. However, there is a newer article on perhaps suggesting differently, despite that it is inconclusive:

hits the ground) and when he get up, he and
the scottish guy grab-hold the legs of the smelly
creature and proceed to down it.

As well as that, there is scientific proof that the bone structure and muscle structure in neanderthals made it incredibly difficult for them to do archery.
