So I got a phone call today from someone starting a business, who knew a bit of my technical knowledge and business knowledge... This person asked me to because of that knowledge, along with how we know each other, be his business partner in a potentially very profitable company. I can't say much about the nature of the work, but I will say that he has been researching looking for companies that provide this service, and hasn't found any that match what he needs, so he is looking at making one. With recent laws passed in Canada, this type of business has even more appeal than it would have in the past, so I am excited for this. Right now it is still in concept, and I meet with the person this weekend to start working out the details of the business.

Ooooh, congrats, that sounds really cool. ;D Hope it is successful!
I'm trying to figure out what it might be, LOL. (But I don't live in Canada so I don't know what laws you might be talking about.) Will you tell us about it at some point? XD

And then my week gets better! I found out today that my referral for transgender related stuff has gone through, so as of August, when my first appointment is schedualed for, I will be on the road to being me, and getting closer to my final goal (if i can actually call it so) in that are of my life.

Are you scheduled for a sex change? I see your profile says female and shop guy -- are you currently classified as female, but changing so as to be classified as male, or are you currently considered to be hermaphrodite?

I am male bodied (but certainly don't feel or think like a male), becoming female. And thanks for pointing out the "guy" thing, will change that...

Congratulations! :D

You are light years ahead of me. The best day of my life was when I went to see 'Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery'. You're going to go far. :)

Do you interact socially as a woman yet (wear women's clothes, go to the ladies' toilets), etc.? Do friends who accept you as female?
