OK things are getting bad.

basically my stepmom wants me gone, my dad outright refuses to accept my diagnosis because my counsoler disputes some of the traits that I have
my stepmom wants to send me to a place in utah for criminals, and oppositional teens because im not talking enough, and im rude
im rude because noone is making any effort to help me, im under so much stress that i cant believe it, and my dad keeps asking me if I want to fight him and getting in my face all of the time because im "disrespectful"
what do I do?
i know all my posts seem to be similar, but there is a major situation here
my dad thinks im this evil child out to kill them in their sleep, and my stepmom wants my dad to herself i think

I remember when I was young and getting accused by all kinds of stupid things because some grownups are paranoid about young people and do think they're likely crazed on drugs and want to kill them in their beds. If they'd drop the attitude and just talk to you with the expectation that you're an interesting person who is worth knowing as a person, rather than this out of control monster who needs a strong monster tamer, they'd probably realize the rewards that come from parenting.

And I've had friends with step parents who did feel in competition with their step kids.

I hope things get better. I don't know what's best to help take away some of your stress. Dogs and cats help. I used to make up stories at night or while going for walks to get my mind off of stress. Sometimes they were stories about what I would do if I suddenly became extremely rich and other times, I'd make up a sci-fi fantasy story. It doesn't have to be a good story, just enough to destract and destress.
