Normal means in the "norm", so whatever happens "most" of the time is considered normal. To me, it's relative. What is normal for one person may be quirkey or odd to another. For example, if most american families eat at the dinner table, then eating in front of the TV can be considered odd or unique, but for the families who eat in front of the TV, to them that behavior is normal.
There are probably a lot of people who have the same question as you have, but they just don't ask like you do. It may seem that they "know" what is normal and what isn't, but it may be that they just don't say anything. Again, it's relative.
Also, I think that if people see and process the world differently then their ideas of normal would differ too. If you are AS and someone is NT, they both see things differently so their ideas of "normal" would differ too. That may be why NT Normal is so hard for someone with AS to decifer. They coming from 2 different perspectives.
Maybe NOTHING is normal
