To avoid the confusing connotations of mind, physical and emotional, I mean the pain is in my head.
By physical pain I basically mean the feeling you get from a headache, only instead of a pulse this is simply there continuously, rarely as intense as the peak of the headache but a low level constant pain that is really difficult to handle.
Emotional pains seems to occur roughly in the heart, meanwhile depression/numbness is more a feeling or emotional state than causing a physiological identifiable pain. Any of these can then cause another, but the physical pain in my head is distinct from those two.
