or get intense unreleasable energy?
this happens to me a lot. in public i will just start getting hyper in my mind, and have like, a mind tourette's bout...i scream and shout out bad words in my head. how wierd is that? that or ill get the feeling of energy, like i just need to scream and hit something, or run away. liek today after school i was walking down the hill, and felt this NEED to scream...i started getting all tense and panicked, just needed to scream, but was embarassed to. i finally did and got uber awkward....so i guess thats why i keep it in my head X).
sometimes it happens in school, too.

anyone else get this? or am i just a freaka?

I get that feeling from time to time, but usually it's about the time I'm nearly in meltdown mode anyway, so that is the direction it turns. Either that or I just shut down.

But I do know that feeling of NEEDING to get energy out in some way shape or form. Before the walk for autism this past Saturday, I was jumping up and down non-stop and squealing. Then I would notice I was doing it and stop, and became horribly uncomfortable... so it would start back up shortly after. It was one of those situations where it doesn't matter what you do, you're going to be uncomfortable pretty much, lol. Either people were staring at me, or I was uncomfortable in my own skin and felt like I was going to jump right out of it. I'd rather have them stare and just not interact or talk with them... it was much better than the complete feeling of discomfort I had when trying not to.

Usually I simply start hitting a wall in that situation, physical pain keep my mind at ease and stops the mind-shouts, I think it's pathologic but it works.

Being around others routinely makes me want to scream at the top of my lungs.

Seeing as I pretty much live in my head, yes I definitely get to screaming in here.
Yelling and telling people what A**holes they are, occasionally knocking their heads together to give them some sense.
I'm one hot lover. Incredibly romantic and sweet.
And a great public speaker as well, very inspiring and compassionate.

I used to experience the impending cataclysmic energy blow-up a lot more when I was younger... I can't say if it was a function of youth or environment, though. A lot has changed over the years... :D

Yes.

Along with the worse pain in my life!

We were in this big, echoey mall, and this kid just wouldn't be quiet. I had mental images of walking up to the kid and punching him in the face!

Oh, it's probably much better that it doesn't... I mean, think of the demands on our time and the interference with our special interests if we were actually Popular...

Not to mention the charges for Assault and Battery... LOL

What's with the MEAT thing, anyway?

I get this in my head. Lots of swearing and the urge to scream. Sadly as I do have Tourettes, thoughts usually project straight out of my mouth. Not good. I scream externally a lot too.

I am vegetarian, but you can continue to enjoy your meat! Maybe I should write

CARROT CARROT CARROT CARROT CARROT

or something... :)

I get this way when I get frustrated or irritated. I get that way online too and I feel I want to scream and throw the computer monitor out the window.
