At last, I've finally got my diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome. I'm now officially Aspie!

Congratulations! No more wondering, or questioning, eh? It's kind of like learning your true identity after years of wandering around with amnesia.

"Oh, that's who I am! It all makes sense now!" :D

Congratulations! It can be quite a relief!

When I was a little child I used to fantasize that Daddy God would sit me on his lap and we would have a little talk and I would know what it was all about.

When I found out about Asperger's and immediately identified - and later when I got my DX I felt we had had that talk and I didn't even have to die.

I was wondering if you could post a little bit more about how you did so and what obstacles you overcame?
