How many people went to the doctor for something different, like i for example had aneroxia nervosa which is not very common for a boy, and then they added aspergers on which suspiciouly is very common as a diagnosis for boys.

How many of u guys queried your diagnosis?
I spent the next two yrs denying it, claiming i had been vindictive or uncoperative in this new test for a reason, I for example had arrived at the clinic having no idea what this new test was all about.

also whos been diagnosised and at what age?

Deny it? I spent 49 years trying to figure out why I was so * up. I was thrilled to find out it had a name and it wasn't just a personality defect unique to me.

It's usually wise to trust your own instinct as to whether you've been correctly diagnosed, and research your diagnosis to confirm it for yourself.
