Question about autism at childhood

I was picked on alot as a kid like many of you were.

However, I was very agressive and would often fight people after they would pick on me....and win.

Are there any others who were very physically agressive to others after being picked on?

Or is this very non asperger or hfa of me?

YES. But I was always labled the bully or told it was my fault when I told on the other child even before I learned to have the upper hand. When I tried to defend myself I was the one who got in trouble and no one believed me when I said the other kid had provoked me. Almost 99.9% of interaction from other kids was negetive and I soon assumed any sort of interaction was going to be so I would lash out any anyone who approached and was labled agressive. My feelings for the American education system and teachers and other people in general is not dislike but hate.

I was aggressive with my bullies, and I did win fights that I got in to. Even against my male bullies. I'm not like that anymore, thank goodness.

Once or twice but I always got blamed for it, apparently you can't defend yourself in or out of school in this ****** up country.

I was able to talk all parties involved out of any proposed fights. I just didn't care enough.

While I was bullied, I don't think it was as bad as many people here have described.

im sure we could exchange many funny stories of the school system over reacted to various situations...
and also some not so funny ones that are more sad than funny...

in college I did a report on how the k-12 system is failing and how it needs to be geared towards preparing students for specific paths after graduation instead of a cookie cutter education that when all is said and done makes all look equally unqualified or prepared for employment or more difficult subject matter in college...but thats another topic entirely.

luckily with age I've grown more self control but it would not surprise me if I flipped out on someone who teased me today, though due to my stature people usually leave me alone.

I was picked on and bullied a lot at Junior school until my father took me down to the local martial arts dojo and then left me there for a few hours. Three weeks later a kid picked on me so I broke his arm, after that the bullying stopped but I still had some 'control' problems. Things came to a head when a girl decided that she liked me so she got four of her friends to hold me down whilst she kissed me, I then got up and punched out her two front teeth.

After that I got sent to boarding school and their cure for fights was the boxing ring.
