Autism and Newsons Syndrome are the only developmental disorders ive seen tests written on the internet, Williams Syndrome is also much easier to diagnose then autism. Since there is a facial characteristic to WS.

....and personality disorders.

Newsons Syndrome also cause physical deformations and those can be used for the diagnosis...

from what i can make out its like being 'half autistic', but your right as in its not on the spectrum
