autism insurance coverage in MA

I just read this in the local newspaper and thought someone might be interested

Now, I have to mention that MA has universal health coverage, so when it says the supporters say it'll add 83 cents a month to insurance coverage that's spread over every person in MA cuz we're all covered. Supposedly, anyway.
