This is the first of two main posts I'm putting up today.

For instance, I have a strong aspiration and desire to start a family of my own in the near future. It's almost if that desire ruins any normal perception of life (for instance I have no desire to party hard, despite advice from people that I should). Is my problem serious?

That isn't a problem, it's an aspiration, and I wish you luck in living up to it, and keeping out of stupid parties too, they're pointless and not really that much fun either.

You likely already may have asked yourself if you're perhaps overlooking some steps which many persons take in life planning, for example, getting an education, selecting a career field which will provide you the income needed to support a family, purchase a house, purchase a car, and so on. Is 19 the right age to marry or would waiting several years allow you to gather some more ideas about the topic? Often by a person's mid-twenties, the whole picture tends to clarify itself in some ways.

Yeah, I have realized this. No way would I get married at 19, no way at all. Maybe when I'm in my 20's, I'll have a better picture of things.

But God, people starting families in their 40's? What is this world coming to?

I think it's great, that you want to start a family. Hold on to that dream. :)
