I'm not meaning to put anyone down, but I'm sure that many of you have come across the type in your time,

Drama Queens.

And the kind that I'm going to talk about today (and most likely the next few weeks) are Aspie Drama Queens, as athough there's drama queens in other groups, I'm going to stick to Aspie Drama Queens, as this is an Asperger's site.

Don't get me wtong I know that not all Aspie girls are like this, and I'm sure that in most cases of girls that come across that way they don't mean to do so. Anyway I'm going to tell you a story about a girl (who I'll call Miss N) with AS that I knew for a number of years at a care home that I used to live in until a few years back when I desided to move out into the real world.

Miss N, was an Aspie girl, who I must add so's that you understand the full story properly, fell in love with! She on the other hand did not do the same with me, now I'm not at all bitter about that part (although I was at time and for a short while afterwards) and I do understand that the problems in her life that she talked about were real ones, not just made up, but you'll soon see why they became an issue.....

It all begain when I first met her, to me she came across as a very sad and lonely but also very beutiful girl, of whom I fell in love with within a few days of knowing her (she moved into the same said care home.) As I wanted to make her feel welcome and not rush her in anyway I let her settle in before telling her my feelings, by that time she got a boyfriend (sadly not me, but they soon split up for reasons I did not pry into at the time as they were not of my consuern anyway.)

Then I begin to 'woo her' it was then that he started to talk more and ore about her issues, a lot of them were ones that were things that happened to her in the past mostly pror to her dignosis. Now to hear those kind of things coming from the girl that I had fallen in love with (at that time) was upsetting to say the least, also as I had seen a lot of action movies and read a lot of adventure stories I had a strong desire to jump in and save her from thr evil dragon!

As it had happen the main reason for her trumbes was her dad, the cheif one being that due to her issues her dad cast her out of the family home (at the time he did not know that she had AS and so just thought that she was behaving badly I will note that she was over 16 at the time so sadly I could not get the cops involed) I would sometimes meet her dad and one day (and if I remember rightly I did this more than once) I offerd (just so she's know) that I'd fix him (i.e. beat him up) for her!

Now as he was her dad she was upset!! !

I did not understand this at all from what I understood at the time (and remember this was quite a few years ago when I had just come out of my teens) I thought that if my dad did the kind of things to me that he had done to her I'd just kill him regardless! Also I reaconed that if I were her (with her being quite patite and with him being quite big and strong) I'd be delighted if someone went and give him a good hiding!! !!

Maybe she'd fall in love with me????

(One must be awere that at that time if you had AS you'd in many cases get away with this kind of thing as you could use it to say that you have dimsihed resopablty you can't do this now but you could back then, in some cases.)

This is only one case regarding Miss N, she'd have issues, suffer and thus (rightly) compaian about them and not let anyone help her

IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT SHE'D ALWAYS FAIL DO SOLVE THEM HERSELF!! !! !! !! !!

In the end (after having many more such issues) she left the care home. However shortly before doing so she told everyone about this, BIG mistake Miss N BIG BIG mistacke! As it happened she was going to live in semi saptorted living (due to her deprssion issues) but I did not know this at the time! I thought that she was going right back into the kind of life that she had lived before (she had lived on her own for a time before getting her dignosis) and have the same kind of stuff that had happened to her once more!! !! !

So I desided that enotgh was enotgh m love for her had by now died out 100%! And knowing that she was downstairs (for I was up in my room at the time) I mached up to her and give her a peace of my mind!

(Don't worry at no point did it ever come to blows, as I did not want her to suffer just know how I felt.)

So seeing her do some art with the other girls (What is it with Aspie girls and drawing?) I went up to her spoke to her, until it then became a heated agument where I yelled, insuted her, (as she did not love me and nor did I anymore I desided to make her squerm) and she just stood asking me "Why all this hostily?, Don't you want me to be happy?" She was confused as Hell as to her it was competlly out of the blue and unexpeted. I must admit that for a while afterwards I regreted that I did not demand that she marry me (of which she'd have agreed to do so out of shear terror)

Anyway after a few weeks she was out of my life forever. Sometimes I look for her on the internet by typeing in her name on Google not out of guilt (as it was a long time ago anyway) or desire for revenge but just see how shes getting along. As it happens I think I found her and she's now working as a self empleyed (as far as I know) artest.

Anyway I feel happer now that I have shared this tale with you guys and gals. and I hope that I can be back soon.

Goodbye Till Next Time

If there is a drama queen in this story, then I think it's you.

I don't think that girl was being a "drama queen" at all. I thought you overreacted by instigating an argument with her.

Also:

I am so glad you didn't do that, because in doing so you would have become just as much of a villain as her own father, albeit for different reasons.

Yes, you are right I did moun quite a bit so that does also makes me a drama queen.

However although I now know that my salotion that I had (with reagrds to her father) was wrong and unnesery (she could have just rejeced him and been plain nasty to him, I'd have gone and helped her too!) and I'm glad that some of you agree with me that what he did was wrong (and hopefully that he should be punshed in some way.) I still thank that she was been a drama queen as she did not want any help even though she needed it!

As it stands I've no issue with her now and if I did demand that she marry me I'd be regerting it now. As I did also say that I regerted for a time that I did not do this NOT that I regret it now.

As it stands we were both in the wrong although I was entirly to at foult with regerds to yelling at her. She was, in a way, (to a much lesser degree) at foult for not leting me help her out.

I'm sorry to have made anyone disressed

Goodbye Till Next Time

Agreed, I don't see where the girl was being a drama queen, booster certainly was though. And booster it'd be a lot easier to read your post if you used comprehensible English.

I don't think you're getting it. You're the only drama queen in this story.

If anybody ever raised their voice to me like that, I would never talk to them, again and especially if that person, was a man.

More like tmsr;cnr. (Too many spelling errors; could not read.)
I know this isn't the main point of the post, but if you're inspired to discuss things on the Internet (where the primary communications medium is text,) it's only polite to at least use spell-check and look words up in the dictionary if you're not sure whether or not they're homophones.

As for the actual subject matter, I agree. I feel like you're using the term "love" to refer to simple infatuation (You cannot fall in love with someone within days of meeting them, only with your image of them) and after reading a) your thought about demanding that she marry you and b) the fact that you consistently objectify this woman in your speech (ie seeking vengeance towards her for your internal processes and the belief that she was incapable of solving her own problems [common among abusive spouses, might i add, along with your extreme anger and desire to emotionally harm her for placing herself in harm's way,]) I can't read anything else you wrote without extreme bias. I want to take her side.

My three year old neice possbly has AS and her nickname was "Drama Queen" before she was two. My parents say I was a drama queen too because I would scream at the drop of a hat and would act as if I was being killed if I had a scrape but would be fine if something serious happened.

Aside from that, I think "drama queen" applys to NT females more.

spelling :/

Sorry but I think you should work on your spelling. Please don't get offended.

Also I don't see how this girl did anything wrong. You are the drama queen here. And looking at your other posts you seem like a drama queen too (eg: telling a girl you would kill yourself so she would be guiltripped into dating you)

I think a good long look in the mirror is what you need tbh.
