tired of your own voice?

Okay, I realize this is a weird question, but does anyone else ever get sick of hearing their own voice? Sometimes I talk a lot and tend to get really sick of hearing my own voice -- then I try to go as long as possible without speaking. I also tend to talk to myself a lot which only makes it worse.

When I'm alone I don't mind. I tend not to talk much. If I talk too much, then I tend to say the wrong things or I may lose whatever ability I have for keeping the right tone, not being too loud and not sounding angry.
