They forgot to mention loss of virginity.

How about being diagnosed with a disability or cancer? It's doesn't apply to everyone, but that's definitely life changing.

I find the list depressing, considering the fact that I'm only missing the last two points.....!

Why be depressed? It means you've accomplished more than most of us have done.

The only two major life events I have waiting for me is retirement and death? Doesn't sound very uplifting to me, heheh..

Wait, was marriage on the list..? If so ( I don't remember) I at least haven't done THAT yet, that might have a chance of turning out good, assuming I get to where that might be a possibility in the first place...

Marriage isn't really my thing.

And yes, disability and life threatening illnesses is undoubtedly major life changing events...

I suppose they're not included because most people don't experience them.

Personally I wasn't exactly a happy camper OR a happy 24 year old when I was told I had arthritis.....!
