I have found throughout my entire life that I cannot do any of these things for some reason. I cannot follow orders whatsoever, Whenver I get directions I just don't know what I am doing. With conversations I will try to listen but I always zone out, It is really pissing me off. Also common sense I have none of.

Any tips to improve any of this? I was thinking about going to a doctor since my family that I lived with never took me to the doctor for stuff like this.

A good doctor would quickly realize you just need to be *shown*, hands-on, how to do things rather than being told ... and I am the same way. Look for anyone you might know or meet who would be willing to patiently act as a mentor for helping you learn by actually *doing* stuff he or she already knows how to do ... and common sense will eventually begin coming along also as you learn to discern applications of principles experienced.
