Football quarterback Brett Favre has failed to pass a football concussion test (12-29-2010). If Brett Favre fails to pass a football concussion test, can he legally drive a car down a freeway?

Topic: Sports concussions - a new, emerging area of discussion due to state laws being passed (since 2009) which require high schools and colleges to look at concussions / head injuries / brain injuries which in the past have been routinely ignored by athletic coaches and doctors.

Tests: Which is more difficult to pass? A football concussion test (2010) or the SAT test for college admissions.

Apples and oranges comparison.

Too bad Favre is ending his career with a fine and scandal. I was Googling for a pic of him at a Packers vs. Vikings game and inadvertently found out that he's circumcised. :oops: I guess they make filters for that.
