Hi all,

36 yo M HF aspie here. My main problem is anxiety and fatigue. I was about to write a post about research I've been doing for a few years now (in my spare time) into nutritional supplements and some promising areas that folks may wish to discuss and perhaps research further. I'll hold off on that until I can post URLs (newbie limit on the forums). In the mean time I was wondering if there is a more appropriate area of the forums to discuss supplementation and biochemistry research in general? My hope would be that there are other HF folks on here with similar a interest/focus that I can discuss some of this research with.

Thanks fro reading,

locster

Try "Health, Fitness, and Sports". And yeah, a lot of us do take vitamin supplements and such--it's useful because when you have sensory issues and/or executive dysfunction, you can easily end up with a restricted diet--supplements can help fill the gaps.
