headaches/migrains and AS link?

I have a killer headache today....they seem to be cyclic but I'm to forgetful to chart the cycle...as soon as I stop having them, I forget to chart.Today it just a mild thumping after 2 tylenol but it gets worse if I try and do something physical or I'm exposed to bright light(similiar to migrains?)Sometimes feels like a tenssion headsche starting with very tight neck muscles and slow stretches help alittle, other times feels like sinuses but dont seem to have an infection....what I was wondering is...Is this a problem for others with AS and do you think there is any link...given supposed "different wiring "theory?(yes, im aware that many NT have headaches....some caused by me ...and Im not trying to do a "scientific poll",but I would be interested in others experiences with headaches,theories about link with brain wiring and suggestions of personal experience with how you deal with them...I just hide out in my "cave" and try not to move much...hardly a productive solution.

My Aspie husband gets headaches quite often and a full blown migraine about 3-4 times a year. His migraines get so bad he can barely move and throws up a lot. I usually have to take him to the doctor to get a shot for the nausea.

He attributes them to his anxiety.

but apsie kids get sore throats and and aspies can get sleep apnoea which is caused bu waking uo during heir sleep a lot..causes thick necks tiredness and headacjes along with a history of sore throats when we were kids

i get headaches a lot.. i thought it was because i hit my head a lot when jumping.

I get loads and loads of headaches, but it could be from excessive computer use. I'm actually taking medication for them--it's less of an issue now but they're still there.

thanks for the impute everybody....I was planning on checking out the sleep apnea idea because I often wake-up with the headaches...also have sore throats and have been addicted to cough drops for the past year....about 50 a day...cant seem to break the habit because the they feel soooo good .I know I should talk to my DR about sore throat but she will just tell me to quit smoking (which I have tried many times)or I'll end up finding out I have throat cancer and I really want my death to be a suprise....no sense ruining my last few months with that kind of info....I am such a freak, glad you folks are so tolerant

I have the occasional migraine, but it's not related to my aspiness as it runs in the family where several NT relatives have them.

i don't usually get migraines, but get bad headaches that last 3 days. My bf gets migraines all the time, but he is NT.

I get moderately bad headaches- not migraines- once every three days or so. I think it's due to eyestrain.

I get Headaches from dealing with shallow Valley Girl Wannabes of both Genders, every single day. The only cure for that, would be for me to spend a couple of Months in Central London, with my remaining Buses, just minding my own buisness and riding my Special Gods.

I went to see my doctor about my headaches last year. He said I had all the symptoms of 'Cluster headaches'

usually I get headaches at weekends (no idea why) and also If i get too much sleep
