I find that Omega 3 fish oil tablets can reduce some of the symptoms of AS such and anxiety and depression. Fish oil tablets are suppoused to reduce anxiety and depression and also stress levels.

Would you consider taking these tablets since they are good for you? I take fish oil tablets with 1000 mg and i am finding things a bit easier since taking them.

I tried this for maybe a year and wasn't convinced. Then again I'm not currently taking them and feel fairly lousy.

*Shudders* I could not swallow them when I was younger, nasty tasting things. Sounds like a good idea, though :).

A person's biochem is a tricky thing, levels of serotonin, etc, etc.

So, what might work great for treating one person's depression, might hardly work at all for another person. And that needs to keep being said. What's important in treating depression is to keep trying different things. And hopefully, you can find a doctor who you can halfway talk with and who has the patience to keep tinkering. I understand that four weeks is about the length of time where you can tell whether a medication will work or not.

As far as aspie traits, I'm kind of comfortable with those. I might like to add some new traits, but I want to keep my aspie traits.

Note: NOT A DOCTOR

It's not really a medication but a supplement. I would take them when I'm not on stimulant medication. They give me increased focus and energy. Sometimes they give me too much energy and I can't focus.
