I have a hard time celebrating the differences between men and women, so I celebrate my own differences. My AS makes me a very interesting person. I celebrate the ways that my AS makes me different. My love for The Kinks is the thing that I like to celebrate the most. I also like to celebrate the unique body type that I have that women don't usually have. I like being the bigger one with both fat and muscle, and how it compliments my face and gives me a Mick Avory-like appearance. I'm not talking 1967 and later when he was thinner. I'm talking 1964 and the first half of 1965 when he was almost twice as large as the other Kinks. I know. I'm a very strange person. How can I celebrate the differences between the sexes, if I have unrest about the gender that I was born and I really wish to be a man? It's a lot easier for me to celebrate my own unique differences, instead. Before you judge, I want to show you a picture of what I mean.

Look at the sturdy one to the far right:

Could you move this, if it doesn't seem to belong here?

If only everyone was confident enough to really be themselves and celebrate themselves. I only do it somewhat for lack of the aforementioned confidence.

I've thought of taking Testosterone. The question is how much does it cost and where do I get it?

Something happens to the memory centre of my brain each spring. Old memories about one thing or another come to the surface. This year it happened to be old childhood feelings about my gender. Last year, it was my firsr summer in my local mental health system. I'd hate to see what it's going to be next year.

Are these bad memories that you have tried to squash that come to the surface?

I struggle with similar feelings about my gender. Testosterone I think varies in price depending on the method of delivery, for example whether you visit a doctor for injections or whether you do it yourself, or whether you have a pellet implanted.

They are. I was adimate that I was going to be big and strong and look like a man when I grew up, at the age of nine. When I was 12 and convinced that I was a Beatles Fan, I prayed to God that I would look like my favourite member of my favourite band. God knew me better than I knew myself when he heard that prayer and that's how I came to look Mickish, in my opinion.

You need to see someone who will determine whether you have are transgender and need treatment, and they'll probably refer you to an endocrinologist.

I don't know how much it costs or if you even have to pay for it where you are.

I admit that this thread developed into a bit of a spam fest, but it's a lot better than some of the threads that I started in Random Discussion during that period that I was unsure of myself. Sorry.

I don't feel it's at all spam. We just want to help you understand whether going fully male is the option that you will ultimately take and wont regret a month after any changes.
