can this be the only reason why geniuses such as einstien and newton were said to have had autism

because some people react to this feeling by going on a never ending quest for the truth and defining our world.

If so, shouldn't everybody be on this quest

I think you make an interesting point about AS being a motivating component to Einstein and Newton searching for truth.
