I dunno I get the same thing though and did exactly that...I left a girl a message on her answering machine then I realized the message probably sounded pretty stupid so I was mad and I slammed my phone into my forehead and broke it. I often slam things into my forehead. And I don't know if it's melt downs/rage/panic attack or what but my hearts starts pounding and I lose it. Flip out and do something stupid.
If I am in a really bad melt down I will hit my head repeatedly until it is knumb and I can no longer think. Doesn't always work but often have the urge to do it for some reason. Always seems to be the right side of my forehead that I hit. Though I have hit the back of my head in the past.

I just wish it was only myself whom I hurt. I don't have one very often, maybe like once every 6 months or less, but I usually take it out on whomever I love the most if thy are within calling distance. It is because I call them to let them know I am getting upset. It also coincides with a low blood sugar (I have diabetes too).

That was how my last relationship ended. :( and I am still not over it. He is an aspie and he didn't understand. Go figure, I cared so much because I thought he would.
