Susceptible to false love accusation?

Are you particularly the type that believes a person is in love with you when they talk to you unless it's really obvious? As someone who is very asocial, I'm particularly am vulnerable to this belief and the question in my head would be why would she/he wants to talk to me when he/she should know I'm a cold asocial type. I usually don't think just want to talk is a good excuse to try to talk to me because I really don't care about developing relationship of any type whether it'd be friendship or even acquaintance or even sexual in nature.
