Autism just gets a mention at the end, but, with all the other health benefits, something to add to the shopping trolley?

Most quality oils are very good for the brain....

Coconut oil goes rancid super quick, easier just to eat coconut as much as possible... coconut cream and milk is full of other good things too. Pacific Island foods are often steroidal, hence the heavily muscled people

Bananas are also a highly nutritious superfood, I grow and eat large amounts of organic banana. Bananas are good for depression because of tryptophan

The brain and nerves love oils, fats and proteins

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it may just be spurious, badly-researched medical advice from people trying to sell coconut oil...

Fungal infections like thrush and jock itch, candidiasis and gut fungi issues respond well to coconut

The old guy in the vid may have become healthier, via gut flora improvement, rather than the methods described
