Not necessarily to the beat of the music, but just tapping your foot or rocking or whatever with the music, do you do this? I quite like doing this, it's relaxing.

I rock my legs back and forth, and I listen to classical, so you know it's not to a beat!

I tap my feet to the drum kicks but will also tap my feet to the speed of rhythm guitar and such.

I "jam out" (as my friends refer to it) to music, but it's industrial, so there's definitely a beat. It just looks like I'm enjoying the music.

I don't really consider what I do to be Autism related. However, my poor steering wheel can take quite a beating when the right song is on!

I play drums, or at least I used to in high school, so one thing I tend to do is airdrum (with drumsticks in my hands) to what I'm listening to. Doesn't matter what kind of music, as long as the drums aren't sampled. Very soothing.

I pace back and forth or, if the weather permits, go out to the park and run while listening to music. I feel most in touch with my imaginary world when I do this.

I usually do the air drums, especially when Im walking around or siting down. I do get weird looks for it. But if I am writing a paper while listening to music I also rock back and forth.

If nobody is around I'll literally jump up and down and dance to the music.

I often feel like I need to stim when hearing to music - it really bothers me. Usually I would rather not have the music and the need to stim.

I rocked back and forth in chairs when I was a kid. Now I've graduated up to air guitar and lip-synching.

It's a way for autistic people to "relax". This behaviour completly normal and you should not be afraid, if people have problems with that, it's mean that they've problem.

Music releases extremely strong forces within me.
